WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS? 
We ship our orders via Australia Post Standard Post & Express Post for next day delivery to city centres 2-4 days to regional locations. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Deliveries are often received on Saturdays, but it is dependent on Australia Post - we have no control over this. You can calculate your shipping during checkout. 

Please note: During summer months, we recommend that you opt to send your goods via Express Post to assist in maintaining the integrity of your luxe vegan candles and best protect them from the heat. Seeing as though it is a high quality product, we use natural and pure ingredients that subsequently have low melting points. We are not in control of the environment the candles are in once we ship the goods (handling once shipped, weather/temperature etc.); so, to ensure the best outcome for your brand new luxe vegan candles we recommend Express Shipping.

 

GROUND SHIPPING 
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address and selection. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, shipping cutoff times (11am on business days), weather, and other unexpected conditions.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 
Express Post purchases placed by 11:00am AEST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00am AEST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Unfortunately, at the moment we only ship Australia wide.

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY
We are more than happy to return any items, as long as they are in their original condition (not used, not damaged and within our return policy).If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then send us an email at wikandesigns@gmail.com.

PRODUCT DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT OR DEFECTIVE

If the item you receive has been damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (delivery arrival) to initiate a return. 

RETURN PROCEDURE 
To initiate a return, contact us at: wikandesigns@gmail.com; no more than 14 days (3 days for shipment damage or defects) after you have received your order. We will provide you with an appropriate return address.

Shipping and handling costs to return the items are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed –only the product cost of authorised returns is refunded. Allow one week for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.


READ PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product labels and candle care guidelines on our website, so that you will be able to safely use and get the most out of your new candles.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at wikandesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or altered.
